  LUISA A. FRANCIS [Ft. Lauderdale branch] is quite possibly the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Not only was her attitude rude and dismissive, she prevented my wife from accessing funds within her own account! Her actions are possibly criminal, and at the very least, violate Tropical's own client agreement. I would hope management would seriously consider firing her for her lack of compassion [this matter involved a death in the family] as well as her lack of basic knowledge of the client agreement and how funds are accessed. STAY AWAY, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

  I had to stress and entire week end when i saw that on 3/152018
  $608 were taken out of my account . I called , no reply until i finally called 48 hours later, only to get the machine . The center was able to email me a form ( the first one war the incorrect one ) , the second which i filled out and emailed back. They stated is was not clear enough. So I sent another for the 2. time at 9 pm Monday. There is NO direct line to my bank rep? I was NOT happy. Finally after many attempts to get more clarity as to why I WOULD NOT GETMY MONEY back until the investigation ( up to 10 days) was over. Sarah, the kind lady form the call center ( MIRAMAR) gave me more clarification. As of yesterday afternoon , Tues 3/20, my funds are back in my account .. What a horrible experience
