  I had mixed reviews at first. I liked that there was no wait at all. The girls move so fast. I wasn't too impressed after the big price and my eyebrows didn't seem that different... but I have to say I'm falling more and more in love with my brows since the visit. They should offer discounts for repeat customers.

  I've been going here monthly for a year. They are expensive at $20 for eyebrows alone. The technicians are skilled and don't talk over you as they work, which is appreciated when someone is working so close to your face. I loved how they treated my eyebrows and the location is close to my home. Despite the price, I chose to give them my patronage because of those 2 factors.
  
  Their business practice is what drives me away. The hours are clearly catered only to tourists or people who don't work during regular office hours. I've arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday when they close at 6pm and been told they don't take anymore slots. What? Then change your business hours so I don't waste my time and gas to get to your location to spend money. Or keep more techs on staff at closing on a Friday (people want to get fancy for the weekend)!
  
  They've spurned me another time before as well. There are other places, who value all customers' money as equally green, to patronize that don't cost as much. Sad to walk away from the talent, not the business.
