  Will not use this particular service again. Drivers not friendly. On the way from the airport to the cruise terminal, barely a word was spoken. Inefficient coordination. We drove in multiple circles. On the way back, we were told to call multiple times, and still had to wait. They will only travel when full up and it does not mattter how long others have to wait. Live and learn. This is not a service I recommend.

  If I could give Jiffy Jeff more than 5 stars, I would. Super service and communication. He may have been the smoothest, easiest part of our entire cruise vacation. Manny was our driver and he was helpful and negotiated traffic in Fort Lauderdale and Miami superbly. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Jeff and will use him again if ever in that area.
