  Giannell Title is a great company and service from top to bottom.
  
  My first experience was calling the number listed on their website. I spoke with Mauri who was tremendously helpful. I later found out he was no receptionist, he was the co-founder, and this was his personal number. That showed me from the very beginning that there was great leadership with a heightened level of customer service and a sense of urgency - a quality I find far too rare in business today!
  
  Once I moved forward with the closing process, Brittani and Cherri-Ann were my contacts and provided me with great service as well as communication. With this being my first investment, I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and they both were patient, prudent, and informative. They also circumnavigated every problem thrown our way by the seller/bank which must have taken them much more time than their routine closing. They also assisted with the refinance closing as well. Furthermore, Joseph took the time to give me a call to explain some legal details.
  
  I hope they know how much I appreciate their time and service. You guys literally helped a business and young entrepreneur get off the ground!
