  I don't know what's happened at this laundry facility, but the old owners and management kept this place up. It was always clean and immaculate. Now the place is dirty, looks run down, half of the machines are out of order, the floor, machines and tables are filthy. Disappointing experience for a place that was always well kept.

  While remodeling my home I was in need of a coin laundry. Although the name says “fabulous” in its name, it is far from it. The floors and laundry machines do not look like they have had a good servicing and cleaning in months. Many of the washers and dryers are out of service and have been that way for weeks. Many of the dryers also blow luke warm air making you spend quarter after quarter to just get the clothes dry. The table and chairs to sit at while you wait are even worst and absolutely gross. Instead of spending time cleaning the place, the attendant spends his time on his laptop and listening to music. I guess the one saving grace is the television is working so at least there is a distraction from the state of the place. If there was an alternative coin laundry nearby that was cleaner I would have used them instead of un-fabulous coin laundry. Unfortunately the next closest one is even in a worst state. Maybe if there are more reviews the owners may take the initiative to clean up the place.
