  Stopped by for some medicine for an upset stomach. Waited at the locked door at 8am for 5 minutes, knocked on the door. Took my business elsewhere.

  The computer system sometimes refuses to refill a prescription that is due for refill. If you go in to the store they say, oh, system error, and then you have to wait for the Rx that you couldn't refill by phone & have waiting for you. They act as if the "system error" was routine & show no interest in trying to get it fixed.
