  Love cold stone. My only issue today was my flavor was really soft.

  First and last time stepping into a Cold Stone Creamery. Horrible staff, rude and racist Manager/Supervisor. Paid $10 for an average (at best) ice cream (3 inches of whip cream, shredded dark chocolate, the cheap kind of one that tastes as plastic, a scoop of basic vanilla ice cream, and a little bit of chocolate cake, so they say. I asked for something else in return as it was a rip off, and I was told NO by the manager after the boy who served me was on his way to prep another one for me. I mean, for $10, and being a new customer, they should be more polite and customer oriented in my opinion. That was it for me in terms of Cold Stone, and same goes for my friend who was with me and went through the same thing.
