  Tech was sent to fix my ice machine. I dont get the impression that he was really qualified as he spent alot of time on his phone with someone at the shop asking what to do. Eventually the problem was diagnosed. He then proceeded to tell me that the dealer who had the part was unavailable and he would call me with a quote. Later I called a factory tech and he suggested that I give the machine a cleaning. (Isnt that something that should be done or at least mentioned on a service call?) So its a day later and I still havent heard from AAA Able Appliance for my quote. I dont get a good feeling about these guys and would definately not
  recommend them!!!
