  I use grocery pickup all the time. Usually at Wal-Mart in North Lauderdale and service has always been prompt. Unfortunately ,I decided to use Wal-Mart on Broward since there was a convenient time availability and had to wait in parking lot over 20 mins! I was so furious. I have never experienced such a delay in ordering groceries online. This defeated the whole purpose. There was also a car already there waiting before me. Whoever is the manager over this dept at this location needs to get them more organized. Seemed like it was only 1 person working and running behind at the same time. Where's the team work?
