    UPDATE 1/29/18 The company kept their word and I did in fact receive my settlement.

    UPDATE 12/15/17 The new office manager for thoughtful moving company has reached out to me and we have reached a resolution to this matter. She was very courteous and helpful.

    The absolute WORST company ever!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Zero professionalism, inexperienced movers, were not able to complete the job, left holes in the wall and furniture outside. Did not provide further assistance or other options to bring furniture in and wanted to charge more to have other employees come out and take a look. Owner refused to call back after numerous messages and after to speaking with the co owner in Tampa. Did not refund money either and I had to call another moving company to fix their mess. Being reported to the better business bureau.
