  I would like to compliment Darlene and the staff at Master Tech. I ordered a part that was lost by the post office. I'm not Ebay savvy and I placed a bad review thinking that was my only source for contact. Darlene answered immediately/professionally and sent another part the next day free of charge (even though the post office lost the part). She also politely informed me that I should have used the "contact seller" icon before placing a bad review (I was unaware that my review could not be changed (I thought it could once resolved) and I felt terrible). Bottom line is that they provide great products and even better service. Above and beyond!
