  I personally do not have a problem with the living situations. I pay my rent and I rarely go outside.
  The problem I have is.....I can never get anyone when I call nor are my calls returned.
  For the first time since the year I have stayed here,I am late ...been calling the office and leaving messages since August 3,2017. My calls are yet to be returned. I did get the late notice which
  I understand,but may I please get a live person to speak with?
  I had to wait 2 months to get a wash card because mornings,afternoons or evenings when I go the office it's always closed. The young lady in the office is nice and respectful when you do get a hold of her...but when you are trying to honor rules and do the right thing...its quite frustrating not being able to speak with someone.
  I just need to speak with someone...please and thanks. I have left my name,# ,big n apt # multiple times.
