  Very nice people. Took about 10 minutes to check in and then had to wait over 1/2 hour in both directions while they were waiting for people to fill up the van. The shuttles were there waiting for the ship when we got through customs; didn't even have to call. Their system of having stickers to identify us to the shuttle driver worked great. Car was fine and we were able to self park, which we preferred. The lot is about 10 minutes drive from the port in a casino parking lot. This was much cheaper than parking at the port and some people we met said that the port parking was a long way from the ship.  I would allow an hour to check in and park and shuttle to the ship, and close to an hour to shuttle back to the parking lot after customs, which took a while just because of the number of people exiting the ship. A lot of the waiting was just luck as when we were ready both going and returning it happened that a shuttle had just left, so we had to wait for more people to arrive.

  The location was easy to find but when I arrived the customer service was terrible. We were rushed out of our car and told if we missed the shuttle we had to wait 50 minutes for the next shuttle to the port. When we got on the shuttle there wasn’t enough seats for everyone. Upon return from our cruise there was no clear direction of when the shuttle would pick us up even after calling multiple times. We waited for almost an hour for the shuttle to show up. The price is cheap but for better customer service and more convenience I would choose a different company.

  Took GPS to find entrance, however, once there got excellent service. Easy in and easy out. Rates were better than other lots. Good shuttle service to port. I will go there my next trip.
