  I called to have a repair made on a job Osborne Roofing did on a house that I bought. The roof was repaired as part of a fix & flip foreclosure. Anyway, when the worker came out, I noticed a 2nd tile that also had "slipped out of place." I asked the worker if he had an extra tile & if he could fix that as well. He said not a problem.
  
  The owner called me yelling at me for giving his worker additional work. It literally took him 10 minutes so I told the owner to just please send me a bill for the extra tile, (even though it was just a repair on his job). He billed me $350.00
  
  I thought that was completely unfair for 10 minutes of work. I paid the bill promptly and will never use him again.
