  The location of this hotel is convenient for travelers. It's walking distance to several restaurants and near a trolley stop. The staff were friendly, too. The room quality isn't up to Holiday Inn Express' usual standard, though. Our room had water stains in the ceiling and just seemed a little dirty. And please be warned: there is a TON of construction so you'll get to experience that noise/mess and the pool is closed (as of our stay at the end of February at least). These two factors combined make it seem WAY overpriced. The photo below shows what should be the main entrance. I booked transportation to the Port separately but they offer that service at the hotel and I think it would have been faster. If you stay there, you might want to call beforehand and ask what they charge for that.

  I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it is always a great stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious - basically everything you would expect from a nice Holiday Inn Express. It is under construction at the moment, but that has never inconvenienced me. Location is GREAT... very close to the beah, and lots of dining options nearby! Highly recommended!
