  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Rosy Baron is an absolute nightmare. I plan to call the dbpr to file a complaint. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and don't be fooled by the positive reviews, those are mostly fiction and made up accounts. Rosy discriminates and is bias in the way she treats tenants. I always paid rent on time and yet anything I called the office for, I was met with a sour tone and attitude. Scheduling an appointment also seems to require 3+ weeks notice. I would never rent with someone who lacked integrity and respect. Gibson group will never get another dime from me. Her office has lost great tenants and I'm sure with time, the truth will reveal itself. I pray no one has to deal with the lack of service I received. It took days to get a call back from maintenance, one of her buildings is rat infested, she acts like she's doing a tenant a favor by speaking with them, her tone is the worst, her properties are far from well kept and the list goes on. Rosy Baron is an absolute fraud.
