  I highly recommend Flagler Village CrossFit for anyone looking to get into CrossFit. The best part of joining them for newbies is their Starter Program. Casey and Mark are two of the most amazing and patient coaches. Where most places do a quick couple hour On Ramp training, at FVCF they offer a 3 week/9 class course with personal attention to you in a small intimate group setting! I never wanted to try CrossFit even though all my friends were doing it because I didn't want to feel like a bozo trying something that was completely out of my norm. I've tried OTF and personal training but to me CrossFit takes working out to a whole new level! I never thought I would be Olympic lifting but with the guidance of their Starter Program, I now can. Well I can say I've become hooked! After the starter program I felt so confident in myself to join the regular classes without being intimidated. I love the workouts and the fact they limit classes sizes so they can still help and guide everyone in their growth!
