  Despite all the bad reviews, this place isn't that bad. You get what you pay for. If you want a rental car 1/3 of the price as Hertz and Enterprise ,you have to expect to wait in line for an hour. Or you may got lucky like me and be the only one in line. Ivan was great, shuttle driver was courteous and showed dedication to his job, Shawn was very diligent and well spoken when it was time to return the vehicle. Thanks for the positive experience.

  DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE INCREDIBLY LOW PRICES! First, the shuttle comes about every 30-40 minutes - not 15, and it has very early "stop" times in the evenings (7pm). For my 9pm departure, I had to Uber from their office to the actual airport after I returned the car. It took another hour at the office to actually get my rental ---there were FOUR people in front of me!!!?! The deposit and cost of the rental are bundled to together into ONE actual CHARGE, even when paying with a credit card. I was promised the return of the deposit within 7-10 days (I have paperwork that shows this after the car was cleared upon return)...it is now 19 days later and I've had to get my credit card company dispute department involved since I can't get Executive/Priceless to answer.
