  They came on time, they were nice, they recommended a cleaning process, did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves, very professional. Now my grungy sofa looks almost new! This is the second time I’ve hired this company, and I will do it again.

  I was very disappointed this time. The technician was supposed to come on Monday, 11/13. He didn't call or come at the appointed time. He called me 2 hours later, and told me that it was too late to come. His supervisor gave me a discount because of the inconvenience, and told me that a technician would come very early on Wednesday, 11/15, that I would get the first appointment of the day. Sometime that morning we received a call from the technician that he would be at our apartment by 10am. He didn't call again, but neither did he show up. I called the COIT office several times during the day to see what the problem was. COIT gave me an additional discount for my trouble, but long story short, the technician finally came after 5pm. I must add that the technician, James, was polite, apologetic, efficient, and did a great job on the carpet, but I don't think that having a customer wait two whole days full of excuses to get a job done is a good way to do business. I don't think I will ever use your company again, sorry to say.

  It was a very pleasant technician but his work was less than mediocre. Once it dry I can sees where he passed the vacuum. Now my rug is in stripes of clean and dirty. Would not recommend.

  The customer service is great. The technicians that I had the pleasure of dealing with were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fast . I can honestly say this will always be my go to company for my cleaning needs.
