  I was thoroughly impressed by the new owner, Lee, when she called to warn me about my comforter. She had the experience to know it should be dry cleaned, but I really wanted it washed. She promised to do the best she could, and that resulted in a spectacular outcome I didn't expect. She didn't have to call me- she could have dry cleaned it and played it safe, charging me for what I didn't want. But she didn't play it safe- she actually cared enough to call and run it by me. Between that and a very fair price for the work done, they've earned a loyal customer for life!
