  I have been banking with b of a for 8 years. I have never come across a branch so horrible. My first experience took me 1 hour and 25min just to speak with the teller. This happened a couple of times. I now drive 20 min away just to avoid this bank. Due to how horrible and inconvenience my local branch is ,I have now changed to wells fargo and closing my account here first thing monday morning. The fact the im leaving this bank cause its so bad. Corporate should look into this branch fire all of the managers. reinvent the wheel in this store, cause its not rolling right
