  This place is super cute but the girls who work here are not. I have been here twice and experienced the same rude treatment by different girls. The first encounter with a blonde. She did not greet me upon walking in, but when an older woman walked in behind me...she was greeted very warmly. I was then made to wait 5 entire minutes while she conversed with a guest she had already served before even asking me what I wanted or said "hello".
  
  The second time, same thing. Two brunettes at the counter, neither greeted me when I walked in but proceeded to greet two British ladies who entered after me..... when the girl at the counter with long yellow nails attended to me, she didn't even crack a smile. When I placed my small iced coffee order the girl behind the counter screams " CREAM, SUGAR, OR BLACK". I'm not sensitive but comparing their treatment of me to the way they treated the other ladies and gentlemen who walked in...... one has to wonder if they are all just a bunch of insecure girls who can't muster the strength to be nice to a fellow young pretty girl. GROW UP LADIES.
